These Terms and Conditions explain our (Reef Check’s) obligations to you (the Client), and your obligations to us, in relation to the Reef Check Sea Bazaar Program.

Fee:

The Reef Check Sea Bazaar is a free service. You will not be charged a fee for joining the Reef Check Sea Bazaar Program. Any business who becomes a Reef Check Business Member at the $500+ membership level will have access to the Sea Bazaar. Businesses can then upload ocean-related products to the Sea Bazaar website. 

Product Limitations:

• The Sea Bazaar Program only accepts ocean-related products uploaded to our website. We reserve the right to review, approve and select the product(s) that will be featured on the Sea Bazaar site.  By uploading your products and being a member, you agree to abide by our decision, which is final.
• The Sea Bazaar Program accepts a maximum of 250 products per business member at this time.

Link and Item Availability:

• Your URLs must link to a working website. If your site is under construction or down for maintenance, you must not list your items.
• Your URLs must link directly to web pages that contain information about your items. We do not allow links that redirect through or to domains other than the one specified in your Reef Check account settings.
• Your URLs must not link to pages that contain pop-up windows or pages that prevent a user from using their browser's 'Back' button.
• We do not allow links to an email address or a file (e.g. an image, audio, video, or document file) that requires an additional program or application to open or run.
• We do not allow links to content or landing pages that require a registration or password to view or require the acceptance of cookies to render.

Language:

All item descriptions must be in English. We currently only support English as the language displayed on our website.

Universal Policies:

• Adult goods and services: We do not allow any adult items. 
• Anti and Violence: Items and associated websites can not promote violence or advocate against a protected group. A protected group is distinguished by their race or ethnic origin, color, national origin, religion, disability, sex, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity.
• Body parts: Posting is not permitted for the promotion of body parts or human remains.
• Copyright unlocking devices: Listing is not permitted for the promotion of mod chips or other devices designed to circumvent copyright protection.
• Copyrighted or counterfeit goods: All items must respect copyright and trademark law. Listing is not permitted for unauthorized or "bootleg" copies of media, software, or other licensed or protected material. Listing is not permitted for products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods; items without a celebrity endorsement that would normally require such an association, fake autographs, counterfeit stamps, and other potentially unauthorized goods.
• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, and drug test circumvention aids: Listing is not permitted for the promotion of illegal drugs and drug accessories, including herbal drugs. Listing is not permitted for the promotion of products such as drug cleansing shakes and urine test additives.
• False representation: You may not list on behalf of Reef Check, or otherwise impersonate a Reef Check employee.
• Fireworks and hazardous materials: Listing is not permitted for fireworks and related goods; toxic, explosive, flammable, and radioactive materials and substances.
• Gaming/gambling: Listing is not permitted for online casinos, sports books, bingo, and affiliates with the primary purpose of driving traffic to online gambling sites.
• Illegal goods and services: Listing is not permitted for materials, products, or information promoting illegal goods or enabling illegal acts. You may not disclaim knowledge of, or responsibility for, the authenticity or legality of the items you offer. You must authenticate any items you sell. Submitted items must be legal in the entire target region in order to be accepted. For example, items submitted to Reef Check in the US must be legal in all 50 states.
• Listing is not permitted for illegal knives or other illegal weapons. 
• Listing is not permitted for pornographic materials of any kind.
• Live organisms: Listing is not permitted for any live organisms (e.g. plants, invertebrates, animals).
• Miracle cures: Listing is not permitted for the promotion of unsubstantiated cures, remedies or other items marketed as quick health fixes.
• Online gaming goods and services: Posting is not permitted for the promotion of currency, items, or related services for online games.

Reef Check reserves the right to modify or delete any items or descriptions at any time at its sole discretion.
